It's just south of the junction of I-68 — which leads west toward Cumberland, Maryland and Morgantown — and I-70 — which runs from Somerset, Pennsylvania in the west to Hagerstown, Maryland in the east. To the east of Berkeley Springs is I-81, which passes from Hagerstown to Winchester through Martinsburg.
